初论复杂电磁环境及其应对On Electromagnetic Environment Effects and The Way To Deal With

摘要(Abstract):
通过讨论复杂电磁环境的定义,厘清界定其涉及范畴;再针对复杂电磁环境效应的属性特征探讨可能采用的应对技术措施,以及相应的适应性评估验证技术和手段,分别论述了战争场景下电子战人为恶意通带内电磁环境效应及其应对,非战争场景下一般电磁兼容性、高强辐射场、雷电、静电等自然或人为无意通带外电磁环境效应及其应对;最后提出当前行业内工程上急待解决的重要问题事项。重点讨论一般高能电磁兼容性问题的试验验证评估技术。
