基于轮廓角点提取的有色金属铸锭检测

摘要(Abstract):
为实现有色金属铸锭的智能磨削,需设计视觉检测算法为机械臂提供金属锭的位置信息。然而,模具中随铸锭生产线移动的金属锭存在背景干扰和位置持续变化的复杂情形,这对视觉检测提出了高准确度、强鲁棒性的要求。本文基于一种代表性的有色金属铸锭,对其铸锭图像进行分析,使用边缘线段检测获取金属锭的边缘信息。随后,根据边缘线段的位置和长度筛选出有效的边缘特征。此外,为提取金属锭的轮廓角点,本文通过检测筛选后的边缘线段得到基础轮廓并进一步拟合为准确的金属锭轮廓。最后,实验结果验证了所提金属铸锭检测算法对不同金属锭图像具有良好的准确性和鲁棒性。
