产业演进视角下的知识自动化进程

摘要(Abstract)：
本文从产业史的视角,尝试构建自动化的通用发展逻辑,并以这一通用发展逻辑为基础,详细阐述了近六十年来知识自动化发展的历史及其背后的技术与商业脉络。我们将这段历史分为三个阶段,即早期的自我服务时代、世纪之交的专门化时代,以及二十一世纪一零年代以来的数字化转型方案提供商时代。在回顾总结历史的基础上,文章最后就中国知识自动化产业的发展提出了三条建议。
